Refund policy

 

ANNIE JACK does not currently offer online refunds.  We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do size exchanges. Please note, we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size if available.  We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

  • Store credit expires 1 year after issuing and may used toward purchases of in stock items only.
  • All returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Final sales are not eligible for returns

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Olive Oil, food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchange:

  • Final Sale items
  • Past the 14 day window
  • Gift Cards
  • Item has been worn, washed or damaged
  • Same item is unavailable in the new desired size
  • All accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Hats
  • Scarves
  • Handbags
  • Belts
  • Olive Oil
  • Opened Beauty Products
  • Items purchased using a discount code of 50% off or more are considered sale items and are labeled as a final sale

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent an email with a store credit code within 3-5 business days. Store credit is automatically calculated to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.  It is, however, not processed the same day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

Lost or Stolen packages 

Please note, ANNIE JACK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Of course we will do our best to help you locate it, but ultimately it is the customer who will need to file a claim with the shipping company.
