Story
The Story of ANNIE JACK
I'm Rachel Baty, the owner of ANNIE JACK. In the 7th grade I got my first real job and my first major crush. I was a tour guide for the Kingwood Parade of Homes and Brent Baty moved into town!
Years later, I went to Baylor graduating with an Interior Design degree and Brent graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point as an officer. By God’s grace, I married that boy of my dreams and became a military wife and later mom of two children. Both of our children are adopted, just like their mom. Between military and corporate moves we were moving about every two or three years until we landed back in Texas and fell in love with Celina.
Opening ANNIE JACK on Celina’s square in March of 2016 meant putting down roots and becoming part of the community. We are a lifestyle boutique offering a mix of home, fashion, and local artistry. We believe every person is created with divine value. If you are in the Celina area come visit us. You can shop, visit, have a drink from our espresso bar, and relax in the courtyard.

ANNIE JACK is a reflection of Rachel’s design credentials accented by a love of art, travel, and timeless structure. Carefully curated fashion collections, offerings for the home, and even the music playing in the flagship store, all express her sense of effortless, comfortable style. Even so, Rachel is never afraid to juxtapose the traditional with the unexpected!

ANNIE JACK's roots are in Interior Design. Rachel majored in Interior Design at Baylor University and held numerous design positions through the years. Her formal training and natural instinct are reflected in the classic and creative Home offerings of ANNIE JACK.
Caffè
We love coffee. Specifically, we love Illy Coffee from Italy and serve it in store. Francesco Illy founded illycaffè in 1933, where he began to revolutionize coffee preperation, starting with invention of the illetta in 1935 which is considered the blueprint for modern espresso machines. From Americanos to Flat Whites, Illy Espresso coffee drinks are superior.

ANNIE JACK's Flagship Store is located on the Historic Square in Celina, Texas. We are about 40 miles north of Dallas in one of the fastest growing communities in the United States.We are proud of our Texas heritage that celebrates Faith, Family, Country, and being friendly Texans!
